Our product shipping policy differs from product to product. Return and Exchange Policy
You can cancel your order that has not been shipped yet, from the “Order Tracking” section. If you refuse to buy the product after your order has been shipped, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the cargo.

As DMDMK, we apply quality control tests. However, since we do not have a chance to check all products, you may have encountered a manufacturer-related problem. In this case, if you send the product to us within the return period, the necessary checks will be made and a refund or exchange will be made according to your request.
